Le col d’Èze est l’une de nos ascensions favorites. Débutant presque au seuil du siège de Café du Cycliste, il s'élève abruptement pour sortir de la ville, longeant les villas et les palmiers. La route serpente ensuite à travers les collines jusqu'à atteindre 507 mètres d'altitude, avec pour récompense une vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée.
