Took it on a mixed gravel-and-road ride last weekend and the bottle sleeve held my 750ml without a single bounce. The medium size is roomier than I expected, so there's still space for a snack and my phone. Honestly forgot I was wearing it.

Wore this on a 40km road loop and it sat perfectly against my lower back without bouncing, even on rough descents. The bottle sleeve holds a 750ml firmly and the strap stays put when I'm off the bike hiking. Better than I expected for daily transitions too.

Switched from a hip pack for my gravel rides and this sits so much better on the lower back. The bottle pocket swallows my 750ml without any wobble, even on rough descents. It's become my everyday bag too, not just for cycling.
